One inbox, real humans on the other end, and a reply within 48 hours. This page tells you where to write, what to include, and which questions the help center already answers.

Write to [email protected]. Everything comes through this single address — bug reports, billing questions, privacy and deletion requests, moderation follow-ups, press, all of it. One inbox means your message cannot fall between departments, and the person who opens it can pull in whoever needs to see it.
There is no phone line and no live chat widget, and that is deliberate: email gives both sides a written record, and it lets us investigate your account properly before answering instead of guessing in a chat window.
A good first email usually gets a complete first reply. Help us help you by including:
Never send your password or full payment card details. We will never ask for them by email.
We answer every message within 48 hours, and most get a reply much sooner. Privacy and account-deletion requests go to the front of the queue. If your question is about a coins purchase, mention the rough time and amount so we can find the transaction without a second round of emails.
If 48 hours pass with no reply, check your spam folder first — our answers sometimes land there — then write again quoting your original message. We would rather hear from you twice than lose you once.
The help center already covers the questions we hear most: camera and microphone permission, how skip, block and report work, what coins are, and how to delete your account. The answer there takes two minutes; the answer from us takes up to 48 hours — check there first.
If someone broke the rules in a call, the report button inside the room is always the right first move — it reaches moderators with the context attached, faster than any email. If you need to follow up afterwards, tell us roughly when the call happened and what occurred. Do not send us recordings or images of the other person; sharing captured images of a match is itself against the community guidelines.
Two honest limits. We cannot reconnect you with a match you skipped — matches are random and we do not keep a directory of who met whom for that purpose. And we cannot share anything about another user with you, no matter the reason. Privacy cuts both ways, and the privacy policy explains exactly what we hold.
We also cannot act on reports about things that happened on other websites or apps. If an issue started on CamMeet and moved elsewhere, tell us the CamMeet part — that is the part we can verify and enforce.
