These terms govern your use of camtocam.cam. By starting a match you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide things in.

CamMeet provides browser-based cam to cam matching: private video rooms that connect two people at random, with text and voice alongside video, plus skip, block and report controls. The service is free to start; optional coins extend longer sessions. We may add, change or retire features as the product evolves, and these terms apply to whatever form the service takes.
You must be 18 or older to use CamMeet — or the age of legal majority where you live, if that is higher. By using the service you confirm that you qualify. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors, and any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone underage is terminated immediately.
The short version: behave like the other person is a person. Specifically, you agree not to:
The community guidelines explain the spirit behind each rule. Breaking them can end your access for good.
Coins are virtual items inside CamMeet, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred between users or used anywhere outside the service. Prices are shown before every purchase, and by buying you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law gives you a right we cannot exclude. Unused coins are forfeited if you delete your account or if we terminate it for breaking these terms. If a payment fails or a technical error credits you wrongly, contact [email protected] and we will make it right.
CamMeet is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep matching fast and the site up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we cannot pre-screen every person you may meet. Your conversations are your own responsibility — use the skip, block and report buttons, and read our safety guide before your first long session. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or permanently terminate access for anyone who breaks these terms, with or without warning depending on severity, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. You can stop using CamMeet at any time — there is nothing to cancel — and account holders can delete their account from settings.
When these terms change, the updated version is posted here with a new date. Continuing to use CamMeet after a change means you accept the revision. Questions about any clause go to [email protected].
